Financial Terms:
SkillSynch presents a structured pricing framework, with packages including Kickstart (£50), Elevate (£80), Accelerate (£120), and Lead (£200). Additionally, we offer 45-minute one-to-one consultation sessions at a rate of £35. We reserve the right to adjust these fees, ensuring prior notification of such changes.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
SkillSynch aspires to client satisfaction; however, should you require cancellation:
Within 24 hours of purchase: Full refund, deducting any incurred transaction or administrative fees.
Post 24 hours but prior to service initiation: 50% refund, deducting any transaction or administrative fees.
Subsequent to service initiation: Refunds are not available.
Refund processing will be directed to the original payment method and may take up to 30 days for reflection in your account. Service initiation is marked by your receipt of the initial consultation or draft documents.
Intellectual Property:
The intellectual property on our website, including content, logos, and service marks, are owned by or licensed to SkillSynch. Access is provided for personal use, subject to limitations as set forth in these terms.
Limitation of Liability:
